Let us show you how to put an end to unexpected repair bills by being a Kool Klub member! With a Kool Klub Plan, you’ll always receive priority service in the event of an emergency.


Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst–on the coldest night of winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave, the times when your comfort system must work the hardest and when you need it most. The Kool Klub Plan helps avoid breakdowns and protects and prolongs the life of your equipment. 


  What's Included in the Kool Klub Plan


1. Seasonal Preventative Maintenance Checkups


A Slebodnik Services a technician will be by each cooling and heating season (two times per year) to perform a precision tune–up, safety check, and look for potentially hazardous conditions in order to keep you family safe and cozy each season.


A tune-up/safety check includes:

  • Wash the condensing coil

  • Wash the drain assembly and main drain (acid treat drain)

  • Grease/lubricate all applicable bearings

  • Check all stats:

    • Voltage and voltage drop

    • Amp draw

    • Superheat and Subcooling

    • Delta temperatures

    • CFMs (cubic feet per minute of air across coils)

    • static pressure

  • check all safeties 


2. Priority Service


When repair or emergency service is needed, Slebodnik Services will take care of Kool Klub customers first! You'll receive service within 24 hours (or less) of requesting service and before other non–maintenance agreement customers at all times. 


3. Repair Discount


If repairs are required, you will receive a 15% discount on parts. 


4. No Overtime Charges


Kool Klub customers will not be charged overtime rates.
